Supabuild Panels

Supabuild Panels is an innovative synergy of fibre cement sheets, 100% recycled plastic injection moulded spacers and a unique adhesive.

Creating a rigid concrete form with the ability to hold in the correct position all rebar reinforcement, our cement board becomes the surface finish, ready to accept paint.

Used with our Form-lock clamping system the panels can be ready mix concrete poured to full height within hours, or without Form-lock can be poured manually in a progressive spiral pour.

Stronger and more durable

Concrete and Steel Reinforced Construction makes the product virtually indestructible. 

Supabuild Panels is a building system that creates solid load bearing walls.

N12 deformed reinforcing bar is run through the cubes on the horizontal and vertical, these cubes are classified as a tire point for the rebar.

A monolithic structure is then created by filling the entire
structure with M20 or higher grade of concrete as per the design.

Panels come in a standard width of 87, 112, 200mm Thermapanel & 162mm.

Walls can be manufactured to any width by joining our locking cubes together.

Standard panels come in a 2800 x 1200 format, giving a coverage of 3.36m2 per panel.

Supabuild Panels can be joined on the vertical or horizontal plain to create any desired height or length.
